LinckUp ("we", "us", "our") is a Nigeria-based service that provides NFC cards, counter stands and connected digital profiles that let businesses and professionals share their contact details, links and services with a single tap or scan.

We collect information you give us directly, and limited technical information generated when your profile is used:

• Account details: name, email address, and password (stored securely by our authentication provider).
• Profile content: the business details, links, images and text you choose to publish on your LinckUp page.
• Order details: shipping address, phone number and order preferences needed to fulfil a physical card or stand order.
• Usage analytics: aggregate, privacy-safe events such as profile views, link clicks and NFC taps, used to power your dashboard statistics. We do not sell this data.
• Messages you send us through the contact form or support channels.

• To create and operate your account and public profile.
• To process, produce and deliver physical orders (cards, counter stands, review stands).
• To show you analytics about how visitors interact with your profile.
• To respond to support and contact requests.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run LinckUp — for example database hosting, email delivery and payment processing — and only to the extent needed to provide the service, or when required by law.

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to meet legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

You may access, correct, export or request deletion of your personal information at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@linckup.app.
